How should I care for my jewellery?
Our jewellery is waterproof and tarnish-free.
Therefore, it's adventure ready... and you don't have to worry about going hard in the parks.

What material are the jewellery pieces made of?
Our charms and chains are made from stainless steel, which is generally suitable for sensitive skin.
Stainless Steel is also a hardy and durable metal so it should continue to remain magical for many years.
What chain lengths do you offer?
Each product description will give the chain options for that particular item. For necklaces this will most likely be 40cm with a 5cm extender so you can adjust for the most comfortable fit.
What are your dispatch times?
Your order will normally be dispatched within 3-5 business days from ordering, unless it is a pre-order item, where an estimated shipping date will be provided.
How much is postage?
UK magic mail is generally sent standard class through Royal Mail. You can select postage upgrades at checkout.
We ship internationally and postage costs will be calculated at checkout.

How long will pre-order items take?
New releases or restocks are sometimes offered on a ‘pre-order’ basis where you can secure your order in advance. Pre-order listings will advise when orders are expected to ship.
Orders containing only pre-order items will ship on the date advised.
Orders containing ready to ship and pre-order items will be shipped separately at no extra cost.
Do you offer custom designs?
We can occasionally assist with custom designs, however, due to cost of production there are minimum order quantities so this option would be most suitable for a bulk order i.e. necklaces for a dance group or bridal party. Please contact us to see if we can sprinkle a little magic.
Can I return an item?
Your jewellery has been carefully assembled and quality checked when packed, but in the rare event of any issues please contact us so we can evaluate and make it right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you change your mind, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
